Funny, yes-- but that strip can be read multiple ways.  I'm not

The original Scott Adams blog-posting from Nov. 2006 he links to
(positing that BillG would make a good President) is no longer
available, and I don't agree with all of the conclusions of the linked
critique-- but I thought the illustrated header was creepy-cool.
