Funny you mention that. On June 30 I had a heart attack. On June 30 I also
quit smoking for good and made some huge changes to my lifestyle. You would
think a survivor of the C would know better, but ah well. I have been
working out and running and savoring life and I have never felt younger and
more vital. This is just icing on the cake. I am ready to play some flag
football with these young bucks...or hockey, my passion is on the ice. ;)
