Just wanted to update on my saga on getting 4 gigs of RAM to work on my Dell.  
It seems Dell just wants to blame the OS for not being 32 bit and doesn't 
recongize the problem is w/ the BIOS.  So we are working w/ the sales rep to 
get my laptop replaced with the 830 which doesn't have this problem as some 
of my co-workers are gettitng the full 4 gigs
