[Wftl-lug] Python Questions (Kubuntu 7.10)

Thanks Charles. What plug-in should I be looking for?
I open a Konsole then type python (see below)
Here's what I get in the "Python Interpreter" Shell.

Top Menu has these options:
Session | Edit | View | Bookmarks | Settings | Help
No "FILE" option.
Session >> New Python Interpreter gives the same
shell.
BTW Kate does color code when saved.
