[Wftl-lug] Open Source CMS Solution

Hey gang, 

I'm looking for an Open Source CMS-like solution to a problem we've 
encountered at worrk. 

We're setting up an online image storage and retrival system - not photos, 
but scanned credit card vouchers - about 10k vouchers per day and banks will 
need to be able to search for individual vouchers based on metadata that we 
will enter (cc#, name, etc). 

Anyone know of anything resembling this ?
