My only complaint regarding Siemens in general is: Don't count on 
firmware upgrades.
On the other hand my experience is the units I've worked with really 
haven't needed any.

On the whole, since you are purchasing new, I'd opt for the Linksys. 
I've had one failure out of a number of home installations. That was the 
power brick melting itself. And, depending on the specific model, if you 
don't like a feature or need more features go online an find a perfect 
distro for upgrading the firmware.

But what do I know. I support Windows for a living.
