[Wftl-lug] Which program works best to load mp3s to my iRiver T10 player?

Hi all,

How do I load mp3s that I've ripped from CDs onto my iRiver T10 player?  Which program (Amorok, Rhythmbox,XMMS, etc.) will do the job?

Do I need to do the firmware change I've seen suggested?  (It scares me because if it screws up my player, I can't afford to replace it right now.)
