Well, in my case, I would want to ask Santa for hard drive storage so that
we can complete the Digital Tipping Point film project. We have more than
350 hours of footage, and we figured that we will need a good 10 TB of
storage to finish the project, because raw .dv video chunks out at 1 GB for
every 4.51 minutes. In fact, I would want to tell Santa that 500 GB hard
drives are only $99.00 (USD), after mail-in rebate of $20.00 USD.

And, just in case Santa had a hard time finding where to deliver the
package, I would let him know he could send it to Christian Einfeldt, 580
California Street, Suite 1600, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

And, if Santa couldn't bring that, I guess that I would ask for rough video
editors, animators, graphic artists, grant writers, transcribers,
translators, software developer, and web designers.

All of these things would help us give out video on the Internet Archive's
Digital Tipping Point Video Collection, so that we could help other video
artists tell their stories as to how FOSS has changed their lives for the
better.

But that's a wild wish, I know. Sort of like wishing for world peace. heh

see ya.
