yes... and the worst part of it, that everytime I said, "In Linux I

well my guess is in the PSU, cause (here) they put the cheapest one...
The difference between the "standard" PSU and a good one (here) is 4 times.
The first seller (of the 3 first PC) told me that if he puts a good PSU 
the price will increase so much that it wouldn't be competitive.
Another thing that makes me suspect on the PSU, is that I demand (as a 
test) hard work, as connecting several USB devices,
compiling programs... and the final test.... compiling the kernel!
I used to know a sysadmin who compile the (Linux) kernel  as test for PC .
