[Wftl-lug] Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1600

I've personally never used the ATI All-in-Wonder card, but I've had
friends, and have read online accounts of people having nothing but
problems with this card and linux compatibility. They always seem to
have problems finding a linux driver, or get linux to use the ATI
card. So, hopefully you have better luck than other's I've heard from.
