It's been delisted before.  I can be glad that Mcbride failed, but he will
be fine financially if sco perished.  What about all the employees laid off
during this case so they could fund it.  What of the remaining employeers
who were not out to break Linux, but merely working in tech support
answering questions on Unix servers?  People with families and children
facing uncertain futures on the holidays.  Can I raise a glass to that?
Should I raise a glass to that?  The failure of the lawsuit is good enough.
That is justice, anything else is revenge and innocent victims get taken
down in revenge.
