I'm bound to agree. There are colour adjustments inside the monitor
and sometimes tuning these with the proper tool can help fix colour
variations. But as Michael said it's probably an intermitant
connection somewhere. Unless you know what you're doing don't open the
monitor, there's enough power inside to turn someone into charcoal.

around garbage day. People often try to leave there old CRT monitor on
the curb when they buy a LCD monitor. (It doesn't work here we have
dump tipping fees) People have left working Pentium III 1GHz systems
on the curb (with DVD-ROM in it). It's really quite amazing what gets
set on the curb.
