[Wftl-lug] OLPC to consider trialling Laptops in Australia

No, firstly I would get them off the streets and into affordable  
homes. Then I would teach them what they need to know to be able to  
provide for themselves. THEN I would consider whether a computer  
would help them. In probably 60% of cases it won't.
